Former World champion, and twice European champion, Lucinda Green has won the prestigious Badminton Horse Trials an unprecedented six times on six different horses. Also a member of the Olympic three-day event team on three occasions (winning team silver in 1984), Lucinda now combines extensive coaching across the world with her regular work in the media.
She has written six books, and has made instructional videos of cross-country riding. A frequent contributor to equine magazines, Lucinda has written for the Daily Telegraph sports pages for the past 15 years.
Her television work includes coverage of the Olympics for Channel 7 Australia (Barcelona, Atlanta, Sydney and Athens) and the BBC (Seoul), and she also commentates from Badminton, Burghley and Gatcombe when the BBC covers those events.
Lucinda has made successful television documentaries for Channel 4 (a six-part series distributed world-wide) and Meridian, and has appeared on A Question of Sport a record 18 times. Plus: Give Us a Clue, Through the Keyhole, Noel Edmund's House Party, You Bet, Surprise Surprise, and Auntie's Sporting Bloomers!
Lucinda is also an accomplished public speaker and hosts sporting functions and presentations.
